Angry Rants At Certain People Who Shall Remain Nameless

By l mo

I'm avoided
I'm disdained
I'm hated.
Just because I'm different.
Just because I'm strong enough to stand up and say,
"Yeah, I'm bi. So what? It's not like it makes me any less of a person."
But they don't understand.
Them, with their little bibles and the whole
"Homosexuality is an abomination to the Lord" crap.
Just fuck off.
If you don't like it, then leave,
'Cause I sure as hell won't.
That's right,
I'm staying right here.
So learn to deal.
Seriously.

and i only bring it up to bring attention to these organizations. without awareness, they will never be stopped from preaching and teaching our youth hate and intstill fear that homosexuality is wrong. which its not.

Hard to be in a place where you feel unwelcome. I doubt you are alone, just more forthright.

Hard spot...I know how hard it is when people segregate so much...or just presume preferences...You are probably most likely in a place that is not very accepting, and more power to you for sticking there.

  • A former member wrote: *applauds* You tell 'em! People should honestly learn to grow up...just because you're bi does NOT make you any less human; in fact, you might be more human than most, because you're not as likely to follow the crowd. Stay strong. ~*Beth*~

So that this error doesn't keep bugging you or others, please take a few minutes to send me a report that will help me fix it.

One warning: If you submit this report and there's a problem that is affecting all of DarkPoetry, it will simply result in another error page and no message will get to me. So you may want to check the main page first to be sure the rest of DP is actually working. If there's a site-wide problem, there is no need to send a report, we'll know about it already.

Before you report this error, think about the steps you took to trigger it and go back and try to see if you can make it happen twice in a row. If you can, there's a good chance I can fix it in no time at all. If you can't, you may have experienced a temporary problem.
