Concidering Emotions

i go through life
woundering who im going to chance it with
having thoughts
questioning my true emotions
but then i acknowledge the fact that
this is a real feeling and that
i am happy
that feeling of anticipation
waiting to hear the jingle of your keys
knowing your seconds away from
walking through the door,
missing every inch of you right when
you say good-bye and finally walk away
a joy beyond comparison
happiness worth flaunting
and making people
envyous over
you are what puts a smirk on my face
and a skip in my walk
you are what i dream of
and whats constantly in my fantasys
you are the chance i will gladly take
going through life
knowing these arnt just silly emotions anymore
