Silence Me Later. I'm Taking a Stand.

~ PoeticHellion ~

you don't like us.
we are...
rainbow colored,
flirtatious,
vibrant balls of
everlasting love.

we sing in the streets,
about "La Vie Bohéme"
about "covering" each other,
about love.

we are no different from you.
well... that's a lie.
we are so flamboyant that I wonder
if you can taste it.

we are not who you'd like us to be,
we are not following the path you want us too.
it's a safety thing.

.26 april 2006.
,end.the.fucking.silence.
.stand.up.for.what.you.believe.in.

i am silent for those who are gone.
for those who are fighting...
and for those who will come after us.

i am silent.
not to be extreme,
but to show you me.

we are not your ordinary,
run of the mill,
kids.

we are the few.
the proud.
we.are.queer.

though i missed the day of silence, it's kind of a good thing-- the kids here in germany seem to be at least more openminded about things. an "alternative" lifestyle appears to be okay here, from what i've seen.
