What are Words?

~ Thorn ~

"True Love"
Said the Poet's heart
to his pen.

"Lines and shapes"
Said the Poet's pen
to his page.

"letters and words"
Said the page
to Her eyes.

Come closer...
Let me whisper in your ear...

"True Love"
Said the Poet's heart
to his mouth.

"Motion and vibrations"
Said the Poet's mouth
to the air.

"sounds and words"
Said the air
to Her ear.

Come closer...
Let me hold you in my arms...

"True Love"
Said the Poet's heart
to Hers.

And though neither spoke a word...

"True Love"
Replied Her heart
to His.

The flow of this piece alone wraps about the the mind in a romanced fashion that lures all of your senses to a hush. This piece reminds me, personally of those moments when you're most deeply in love. True love.

.. and to speak on a more deeper level, the connection spoken between the poet, his pen, his heart, her, and him.. all that of whis is spoken here is reverberated in an echo that is only rewitnessed in the eyes of the reader.

i can't believe that i haven't commented on this one before, i could have sworn i did..i've read it many times, and it still strikes me with the same calm trickling feeling. it's like a peace-filled summit, and your words are at the top..

..winding throughout in such a swift trickling motion. every bit of side details added to this piece were expertly placed and quietly woven. i see this as a person lamenting softly, repeating the words over and over until the become seamless..

You are amazing...and if I could say that a million times it wouldn't be enough. I could even say exuberant and it wouldnt qualify as exemplary. So take this meaningless babble as my love for this piece.
