I have chosen
To accept
That I
Am beautiful.

I have chosen
To reject
That I
Am unpretty.

I cannot explain
What has led me,
To this conclusion.
But.
Without my peace
Of mind,
There is nothing,
At all,
Left of me.
So, to try for fake belief,
And to loath the look...
Of my face,
The shape...
Of my body,
The presence...
Of my being,
Would be pointless,
(and painful)....
and just not worth it.
SO.
I have chosen
To accept
That I
Am beautiful.
