A Sun Now Set

By Crimson_Lover

I opened my eyes,
Wishing to speak to my
Long lost friend.

My eyes welled...
   My heart tugged...
      My throat tightened.

You were gone.

I closed my eyes,
Wishing you had enough
Love to last.

You decided now...
    You went away...
         You are missed.

I miss you.

Watching the sun set,
I think of you and
Try to breathe.

Yes... You were meaningful
Here... Not only to me but to
All...

We miss you... At least,
I do.
