We're All Children Here

~ DarkPoet ~

In this world
of humanitarian generals
good and evil
trust and faith

a blue sky
of optimism
beaten by hailstones
for great justice

were I a little girl
saluting the flag
heart full of love
for God and Country

I'd die of such bliss

As the world rots
under my feet
