Dropping Frames

~ chrome arctic ~

Faces
Appearances barely conceal
The crime in their eyes
I hear
The twist and drop in bad signals
Crossfading agendas
Stay there
Locks and corners of the room
Fuses have blown out
Moments
move slower, glow, and expand
We’re just a burned bridge
habit
Your razor smile intentions
And unclean taste
I hear
Slow engines from my window
I can’t remember
Rattles,
Dropped and out of sequence frames
A dizzying air
Today
Is wasted time if the tomorrows
Are more yesterdays
