She called it a lie.

~ LadyMalice ~

Her beauty could capture you
at first glance.
Her eyes would open.
Suck you in.
Spit you out.
Leave you hungry for more.
Needing.

Her lips parted for a cigarette,
and I imagined myself
in her mouth,
letting her tongue control me,
shape me. I would evolve with
her, our bodies drowning
in the ocean of bedsheets,
captured, forever
searching, silently praying,
hands cradling
the dreams of our childhood.

She called it a lie, but I called it hope.

Stunning...sensual and elegant. Beautifully worded. Wonderful to read.
