I search these halls for thing remembered
things forgotten things surrendered
When will i find what i'm searching for
the happiness behind my bolted door
It pulls to me as if to say
please keep going, just one more day
I stand again and crack a smile
and vow to run this one last mile
To not give up, to not surrender
never will i return to sender
This life i've made, this soul i've carved
my broken heart forever scarred
With malice hate, and tragidy
the life, the person who once was me
Still i search for happiness
for a single moment of true bliss
for love, for life, for so much more
But where did i lose the key
to my only bolted door?
