it's like that song. everyone has it
the song that catches your ear as you drink your life away
lost in cheap vodka and bathroom stall romances
a lipstick collar.d memento- and nothing matters in the morning.

nobody cares about the dirty glasses- or forgotten melodies
that song. that one that you've never heard
but know so well.

and it never matters when your bottle tips to the side
no.

but you can always hear it ringing- taunting.
reminding of that time when you were happy-
that one time.

fuck.this.

Sounds like the way I feel every time I drink scotch. Though I don't need the alcohol to feel the bitter reminiscence it never hurts to help it unfold. Heh. ~Ryan
