a crisp-clean slate. take this with a grain of pepper
your dreams are lost
-
a punctuated goodbye- false tears and a hollow eyed out nothing
a touch of passion, with a pinch of desire.
pieced together by a punctured innuendo/ almost is always enough
in that way that doesn't really mean a thing
drip-stocked and locked. and impromptu something that means the world
as I brush the hair out of her face- I see God
and he's laughing at me again today.
and it's raining again. and it's midnight again. and my eyes are open
maybe it can rain all the time- flood out this denial
.
parted in plastic- such a tragic tale of yet another try
another blood red sunrise and the realization. that tomorrow has died
lied-stripped and slipped another round into the chamber
open.wide _the show must go on
-drink to another lonely night. she said.
as the lipstick sky painted red and white with an empty lie
her lips kissed the heavens in my head. another plane of
we’re.almost.dead- and it’s simply beautiful
to count the stars in the eyes-dried out skies
it never stops raining. anymore
her heart never stops beating anymore. _her eyes kill me
-
if tonight is all I have
then let the rain come. let the cities flood
and let her heart bleed to death on the floor
and if tonight is all I have
then take it back, because I don’t want it
no.
I don’t need your pity.
