she spoke diamond to me.
lips like crystals with words cutting my heart
in two. three. for her I'd break myself into pieces
and place myself upon her wall. like stucco stars
screaming words like prisms.
and she's kicking heart.strung promises
like we're reckless kids on the beach. broken bottle-
like romance. with edges meant for frail wrists
and these words are my razor sharp fists.
and she's wearing her words around her finger
like some sort of goodnight kiss. spoken in slightly
whispered words that crave freedom. tonight we're speaking
rings like saturn and she's making wishes in
clear coat prayer form.
and she's pure.
when she speaks- we're lost in abstract.
and she's silent.
it's like diamonds fall from her lips.
