waking up and looking at the clock
2 minutes till the beeping starts
I roll over and pull you in to my arms
feeling safe and secure

but then it starts
beeping and reminding me that I have to get out of bed
when all i want to do is lay here in your arms

but instead of getting up I clench you tighter to my chest
wanting nothing more than to keep you right beside me

I slowly get up and make a coffee
but all i want to do is lay beside you

the room starts spinning I hit the floor
blood slowly starts trickling from my head
on to the carpet it starts to slowly sink in
my blood my ver essence is leaving me

laying here now I am nearly gone

good bye sweet world
there was still so much I did not know

now the one that I love when he awakes
can he see me lying here or just another space
will he scoop me up and cry with me in his arms
for now I am gone shall I never know
