I sit here
Alone in a crowded room
I see you
But you don't see me
I am invisible in your eyes
I am not worthy of your attention
I find myself lost in your shadow
I am blinded by your light
You are so beautiful
But it could never be
You are one of them
You are part of their greatness
While i am nothing
No one cares what happens to me
If i were to die today
No one would miss me
And i would not be remembered
Right now i live a pitiful existence
Forever hiding in corners
Rivers flowing from my eyes
Hoping you might notice me
But you never do
No one does
Not even my imaginary friend
