He holds her close
Kisses her softly
Sweetly
So sweet it's sickening
He lets her go
She steps inside
Goes to her room
She just sits in a corner and cries
She says she loves him
And once upon a time she did
But she no longer knows what she feels
And if she does it's anything but love
She says she cares about him
And once upon a time she did
But she no longer knows
Once upon a time
They were close
