You're standing next to me but you're still so far
You are crushed and cold and so am I
We both have different stories but we've ended up the same
Torn and shattered cold as ice
Alone with only our walls around us
Pushing everyone away left without trust
No good memories to look on in the night
Lost and alone with no map as a guide
Whenever someone comes near we run and hide
We have loved and lost what we thought was true
You still love her
I still love him
But now we know we can't have them
We are together yet so far apart
Our lost loves still hold a peice of our hearts
I just wish I knew if that was the only thing
Keeping us apart
