Nuclear-Biological-Chemical (NBC) Warfare

What lurks beneath that house so fair
In fathoms dark and deep
Such secrets live and thrive in there
Where liquid drops from walls do seep

No eyes have peered upon these here
No sights have laid them bare
Yet there they plot - from shadows peer -
While those above are unaware

Rebellion and anarchy rule
'Tis war declared on you
They've suffered this for far too long
Down with the one; down with the few

Too much acid scalds the air
By bombs dropped from afar
Protests flare from all around
About the way things are

They're marching now, with rifles high
On warpath to the south
There's naught to say, no alibi
To undo orders from your mouth

Supporters join them, filling ranks,
Their shouts reveal they're near
Their presence shakes the grounds like tanks
For they do not know fear

Civil ware and sanction coups
Have brought their forces here
They've had enough offense from you
And attack comes from the rear

Too much pressure, unreleased,
Has built within the mass
And now they have you here in siege
In dire straits at last

You have no means to talk it out
They shan't, in peace, depart
They form their ranks, let loose their rage
... and you let loose a fart.

this speaks the anticipation and frustration of our time.. and seems to pick up on the complacencey worn by people who are sitting too comfortably.

Are we being silly? Or all this build up to truly demonstrate inadequacy?Hmmmm. Coffee, yawn. Made me think of an old German Shepard I had that would sleep under house and seemed to know farting was funny.
