Approaching shades return my eyes
And the semblance of some bliss
As foggy sights go softly by
No sadness borrowed, bought or missed

Just the feeling of free love
Lasting, flowing, filling life
Favored looks and laughing eyes
No false tales or leering strife

Childish thoughts, though cherished then
Those things can't change thru time
Though tears have fallen, choices made
That choice still chokes and chains this rhyme

Dear, my rhythm
You are missed
From far away
Your lips I kiss

Dear, my You
You'll never see -
The first to bind
This "love" to me.
