Your taste overwhelms my mouth
Salty, Sulphuric, Poisonous
Distilled, Clear, PURE
Tasting as all those
  man-made poisons do

Your lies drip into my thoughts
Scalding, Stinging, Dangerous
Peaceful, Calm, UNCARING
Creating a numbing dream
so I always return to you

Your touch awakes a fire in me
Sweet, Sadistic, Confident
Delicious, Coarse, SENSUAL
Ignoring all pain of my own
a taste of freedom and bliss

Your loss breaks my skull into shards
Shattered, Scattered, Enraged
Callous, Cutting, FURIOUS
Making the world a hated place
  and life a hated face

Returning me to my reality

This leave me in fear. It is one of the most scaring poems I have read here ... I dont feel like being specific on it either, even if the honesty of this call for it. Just that this poem had me think Clarity even when I forgot the headline.
