I never loved you...

That look in my eyes
Your name forever between my lips

All lies

A walking, talking, fawning,
Lie.

I never loved you

Lying skin to skin engulfed in one another.
Breathing you in as the darkness fades to light beyond your window sill...

Tracing your face with the tips of my fingers.
My head upon your chest, falling asleep to the melodic rhythm.

I never loved you

I loved the drugs
I loved the sex
I loved the danger
I loved the chase
I loved the idea...

I never loved you...

Whats to love?

Usually I hear "it's not you, it's me". I like your honesty and directness.

Check and mate! That's very piercing, but so honest. Very nice.
