Twisted and lamented her soul is sold.
Americas sweetheart grows bitter and cold.
Once full of love and a trusting heart.
She fubles through today begging for her sins to part.

Shes come to far to claim a piece of this life.
Theres nothing left no matter the price.

Theres nothings left for you when you come to call.
So twist her words and watch her fall
Say goodbye to the girl and hello to the shell
She follows the last path destined for hell.

She lines them up
The last things on her side.
She falls into herself and swallows all her pride
Her better judgement screams but she listens to her hands
Now is not the time to make a stand.

She wakes to the dawn a dissapointment among men.
Her dying request her last mortal sin.
She waits for the end, the warm rush and relief.
A hastened escape a sudden change in belief...

Considering cutting everything but the above out of the original poem...?

Another amazing piece. Twisted words when people come to call...dissapointment among men...I don't even know which part I like best...and the flow...it fits (if you know what I mean)

Though I do wonder what the original poem fully contains?

ooooh.... found the original...I think leaving the original as it is would work, in my own opinion.
