Trying to maintain the peace, doesn't work
sharing your feelings and time with others
also doesn't work and is pointless
no matter what you are hurt in the end

The peacemaker after it all takes the blame
while just an observer
you suddenly become ashamed
what could you have done to possibly make things better

Everyone has problems
but in truth so do I
do what is one like me to do?
