No more nonsense
no more wasted time
no more being mislead
no more taking shit from so-called friends

What's done is done
I have put my foot down
harsh it may be
but this is the way it is

I will not be stood up again
I will no longer be stepped on
I am no longer a doormat
for whoever wants to take advantage

We're all of age now
where it's honestly time to grow up
to stop holding grudges and settle things face to face
instead of talking behind someone's back
leave the high school drama behind
and deal with things in a mature civilized way

If one cannot abide by these rules
then don't bother coming my way
as I will no longer welcome just anybody
it's time for things to change
and for whoever who cannot understand
will just simply be left behind
