Where is the moment of silence
In this hurried world
To pray and cry from the loss
Of an unborn child
Who'll never live her dreams
Who'll never laugh and run wild
Where is the moment of silence
In this wretched place
To remember the small spark
That graced
This existence
If only
For a limited time
A moment of silence
In a world of violence
heartache and pain
Is almost unheard of
Especially when no one had time
To get to know her
But she touched the souls
Of those who hoped she would live
With the most precious gift
She had to give
An appreciation for life
And a realization of
How short
It really is
Take a moment of silence
To reflect
On her short life
And how we often neglect
To revel in our own
And remember to give life
A little respect
And could someone write something
Better than this
To honor the memory
Of one who'll be missed
'Cause my words aren't strong enough
To truly honor her
