i
am
suspicious.
today
the sun shined
in spite of it
being
the rainy season
warming my skin
like so many
little glowing fingers.
love
keeps multiplying
in my life-
i can dive into it
like a pile
of autumn leaves
red-gold glory
crisp and sweet.
my dreams
involve past loves
loving me back
closures being reached
amicably
and us forgiving
each other
for our wounds.
they leave me smiling
in the morning.
and every day
fills me now
with hope
and a new fire
in my eyes.
they call this
pronoia-
the suspicion
that the universe
is conspiring
to shower blessings
on you
and that you are
divine
beyond imagining.
