Your love is like a fire
It burns throughout my flesh
It burns away the pain
That was once left in my chest
It leaves a lovely glow of red
Upon my gazing heart
Promise me for ever
That we'll never be apart
You are my one and only flame
For you never leave me cold
And if I try to smother you
The flames will still infold
Once the night is over
And the mildew drops can form
I'll wait until tomorrow
Then again you'll keep me warm
