I had a dream involving you
Late last friday night
I once believed that we could be
But I guess I wasnt right

I had a party at my house
And of course you had arrived
But you came with someone else
And my dream was soon deprived

I tried to speak these words to you
But you turned your head in hate
I guess I didnt think enough
I guess I was too late

There was another man involved
And you decided to choose him
I feel like mushy jello
And I cannot feel my limbs

I tried all night to talk to you
And tell you that I care
But you dont want to listen
And that I cannot bare

I drove away in my new car
and cranked the emo tunes
I parked the car onto a cliff
and sat staring at the moon

I thought of how you were like the moon
And how you brightly shine
But now I cannot have you
And I cannot call you mine

The moon was covered by the clouds
And everything went dark
You are the painful cut
That left behind a mark
