You told me I should tell him,
Tell this precious boy how I feel,
Though you knew not his name.
Disclosure assisted you.
Would it be so kind to me?

He told me I was different.
Is that something to be praised?
No, I won't be like those other girls,
Unless it's something to be admired,
Something endearing to him.

I told you I can't tell you,
And yet you question me.
Still, I'm not complaining.
Maybe, bruised and battered by your words,
You'll hear those harshest sounds.
Be careful what you wish for...

You asked for this "I love you."
