I thought I was loved and that it would last
I was wrong, and so I'll pay the cost in blood
My blood, coursing in my veins, for you
Shall be spilt like rain from the heavens
And come pouring from my veins
For what good is this life of mine?
Especially when the one I love is torn
Between me and a lover held secret
But am I what I see my enemy as?
Another threat to take away the love of his life?
May be I am.
But I should think not.
But I should hope not.
But I can't tell for the life me.
And that, my love, is the cost
And if that is the cost for loving you
Then tell me, my dear,
When and where I shall pay?
