Build me up.
Tear me down.
Like a sandcastle
Against a tidal wave.
Disintegrated by
Your life’s blood
Of care and tenderness.
You try to be gentle
But your words pull me apart.
I hear of all the time
You spend with him.
I’ve told you so many times
About his character.
So free. So loose. So faithless.
Why can’t you see
That he cheats on you?

Nicely written. Alot of it comes down to "Listen." Most in these situations don't do it. Very nicely worded.
