This was written out of the rage I felt at a very bad point in my life. I had just lost the love of my life
after 14 years togethor. This was my way of letting out
the anger and the hurt that I felt in order to try to
pick up and go on with my life trying day to day to
recover and heal. I hope that everyone enjoys it.

Knocked Out, Knocked Down
Panic feeds the pounding heart
Veins pulse with adrenaline feed by anger

Knocked Out, Knocked Down
This anger fills my every thought
Fists of fury, fed on the anger,
my fists throb to beat the hell
out of you.

You stole my heart, you will never
take away my anger. Recrimination
and retribution will be your torture.
Living in the shadow of my living hell.

Look over your shoulder, watch the shadows,
you won't expect the fury when I leap from
the shadows.

Knocked Out, Knocked Down
Fists of fury coming for you
No place to hide, I'll find you.

Knocked Out, Knocked Down
Fists of fury coming for you.
