Alone In The Darkness, torture overcoming my soul.
Shadows lurk from every corner. Loneliness, seclusion and
fear. The sound of my pounding heart reminding me of just
how alone I really am. Alone in the dark with nowhere to run, no where to escape. Darkness surrounds me like the depth of a hollow grave. Can I rise above the fear?...the pain?...the emptiness? When all I see is black and grey no shades to color my vision. Am i blind to the ones who care?...the ones who need? If death is all that awaits, why am I still here? For as the sun continues to rise and as the world still turns I know the direction of the wind will change but it blows cold across my soul so take the advice i give to thee and heed my words well a life without love is no life at all just a sentence in a living hell.
