The words came so easily when you lied and said you loved me. Your touch so cold as your hands ran across my bare skin. Your lies hidden in that deep dark cold heart. Your eyes gave that cold dark empty stare. Wouldn't it have been better never to have been with me to begin with. Couldn't you just have remained a stranger to me. Why couldn't you just have found someone else to use and play with their heart instead of mine. I loved you without reason, without cause, without judgement. I opened up to you and gave you my heart only to have it ripped apart. I supported your dream and gave you every reason to love me. But instead you walked away without a second thought. In those words that came so easily when you lied and said you loved me then surrounded your heart with the wall that shut you down like a fortress and shut me out of your life. No reason, no cause, no second thought and you were gone.
