I'm surrounded by you
Everytime I look around
You captivate me
Enticing emotions I never knew I
Could truly feel
Outside of
This fictitious world I've created
In the depts of my lacking soul
I hate you because
You are forcing me to feel
What's real beyond slicing pain
In the most sufficating way
Strangling me to show
Myself in its own entirety
That I fight to hide
Behind this misleading smile
Filled undoubtly by hate and woe
You claim that there is a realm
Which I belong with others
Who lack the compassion to care or feel
As they may please
Because others who have triggered
These unstoppable emotions within them
Such as yourself
Always clinging to the 'brighter side'
Trying to persuade us
Its okay to love
I know you're watching me
Like the sun is followed by light
Bringing forth
Something as unexplainable
As your presence.
