I was told it was true love
you say me you love me
you say me you care
I was told to put my hole soul in you

I thought you were going to be different
you think I am easy to be fooled
you think I don't matter when I'm not there
I thought everything would fix in time

You weren't supposed to be like every other guy
why couldn't this have been handled maturely
You weren't supposed to just blow me off
couldn't there have at least been a reason

You could've told me you were so insincere
then maybe this wouldn't sting quite as much
You could've left a hint telling what was wanted
it would have still hurt, but not as much as this

I thought you loved me
I thought you cared
I thought things would get better
I thought this was more to you
maybe even a true love to last a while
instead of just another night
with some broken girl in a dark room.

Stop with your deceit
I can't take it anymore
find someone else
Because all you want
is to give empty love to me
