if you miss me, you should call
i'm not doing anything at all
if you're lonely, here i am
i'll be here from a.m. to p.m.
and if you need a willing ear
then come on, call me,
i'll be here

well, i don't sleep so i can't dream
i get so bored sometimes i scream
and every silence is a ring
i cannot hear a single thing
i'm the ghost of a sleepless night
but i will wait for you, alright

i know i may not understand
feelings that i've not felt firsthand
but i'm always close to the phone
well i don't mind just being alone
though
all it takes is just one ring
and you can tell me anything

so if you miss me, you should call
i'm not doing much at all
if you're lonely, here i am
i'll talk all night long if i can
so if you need a willing ear
then come on, call me,
i'll be here...
