Lost in your eyes
So blue are your skies
Sparkling with sunshine
And hidden surprise
I want to be inside
To see your sunrise

To find the rays of gold
Buried in your mind
To see your day unfold
And the treasures you find
Drifting through your garden
Many colours combine

I enter a corridor
My spirit is awoken
It's bright and alive
Windows wide open
But some remain closed
Labelled unspoken

I'm keen to see more
But the moment has ended
Though I yearn to explore
It can't be extended
I'm in a state of awe
Then back to myself again

So I thankyou for the journey
A chance to see the other side
Diving like a dolphin
Into the hoop of your eye
Breaking through on the horizon
Where water meets sky
