Threw a door you came to me, looking so good, so tempting so delicious. It was love at first site. From that moment I knew I had to try and get you. The beginning, I was so timid not expecting much at all, but you looked oh so good, the room quickly filled with your sweet aroma. I was very rapidly losing control. That lead to conversations then that lead to more meetings and soon more meetings lead me to finally collapse under the lust the desire the craving the need. I cannot stand it any longer I have to have you… MMM you feel just as good as you look. You smell like fresh flowers on a spring day. You taste better than what any baker could bake. My will is gone you have won me over. I have totally and completely fallen for you. With that one sent quickly became more that I ever imagined, then like a flip of a light switch, you vanished out of my life… I feel cold I feel scared I feel not myself I cannot stop shaking and I feel my world collapsing all around me. I feel so alone and broken, this dark shadow now lingers over me and all I hear is a voices laughing and I see millions of people just staring at me pointing. I cry out into the crowds, “cant you see… I cant do this. I cant sleep I cant dream I cant live without you. I need you in my life… you are so worth it and now Im lost, with no one to turn to and it kills me that I know you don’t even care anymore…

What a poignant and heartbreaking writing of what the disease of addiction does to us. You are not alone.
