When so moved,
human beings are capable
of such ridiculous feats.

of such self absorbed,
 unforgivably cruel acts.

of crazy crazy beauty.

of such mind bending misunderstanding,
one can not help but react.

of such tired,
 loathsome cliche.

of such subtle, unrealized, acts of kindness.

who am I to judge?

Cruelty is a standard for an action acording to its already morally accepted normative value. In short by calling something cruel you aren't saying it's bad. You're saying it fits the standards of cruelty according to an already accepted value as to what makes it cruel. Like I say. I'm polishing off a bottle of wine being bored.
