a quick sharp pain
what feels like warm water
slowly running down my face
vision blurs unable to focus stained crimson
stumbling falling and stumbling again
seeing others but no help to be found
the music blares some revolting tune
screaming in vain no one hears
then with strength fading one last scream
falling to the ground slowly fading away
laying on the cold grass with labored breaths
as everything turns black the sounds fade
until only a slowing heart beat remains
thud thud.....thud...thud.........thud....thud.........
.....thud........thud.....................thud....
and nothing
no light
no tunnel
only silence

This was just incredible. Very few words can describe this poem. I felt each thud pounding into me.
