I see both past and present
in a blur of the moment
I treasure it
knowing it can not last
my sight is fading
and my vision is clouded
I can't allow this to stand in my way
I've survived so much worse
though I still fear the day it comes
wishing no one told me
wishing it would come as a surprise
the knowing is killing me
peice by peice
an obsession I can't stop
my talents wasting
sketch books
filled with distorted images
eyes mangled and twisted
from faces I've never seen
this obsession
will be the death of me
