Why is it that you complain,
Time and Time again,
About the things which have happened,
Which, you make it sound, have caused you pain?

Every time I turn around,
Someone's writing on the ground,
That "X" has happened, or "Y" took place,
Yet No solution do you sound.

Constructive criticism is very good,
But I am really not in the mood,
For pacifist idiots with nothing better to pound,
Than everyone else's "failing"... Please! Spill my blood.

So you don't like what Mr. "B" did,
So you hate what Mr. "A" said,
So you think the hungry should have food,
But your insane, mundane, and callous words hurt my head.

Can't you come up with ideas of your own?
As opposed to picking that same old bone?
So many have bled,
And we are so very much not done.

Come on give it your best,
It won't be to my behest,
But to hear you endlessly moan and groan,
To that I really must protest.

It's your right to speak what you feel,
You can talk about any rotten deal,
But if you can only parrot all the rest...
Then you become just another heel.

Really, speak your mind, give us hopes,
If it was up to you and you held the ropes,
What would you really do... For Real!
You haven't got a clue, You're just another of the dopes...

Self centered, egotistical, by no means do you represent,
The masses, the population, even society's excrement,
You represent yourself, your never had to cope,
With reality like us. That's why he's our president.

So link your links, and repeat the losers you follow,
Let us hear your voices, how they are so hollow,
But once in a while in retrospect, tell us what you meant,
Instead of naming those you resent.

Perhaps a new revolution is what we need....Are you saying that it wouldn't be worth it? Damn you! Very nice rants people, keep em coming

i have to agree that this doesn't quite tally any scores. and as far as complaining and not doing anything about it, read the L.A. news and know that war protesters were met by tanks in the streets. you tell me what the fuck we can do....

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
While those weren't tanks, it would be interesting to learn just exactly they were doing there...

On Monday November 15th, 2004, braindead_poet (578) writes:
that lives up to both standards, them being: nothing short of an insurrection, and b: that doesn't fall into the plans of the global elite. it's what the want us to do, and america is so divided (as SR said, they feed off of)....

On Monday November 15th, 2004, braindead_poet (578) writes:
it's reminiscent of the black revolutions of the '60s. Bush was meant to fail us. our government has been carefully constructed as a house of Cards meant to fall since World War One. we have choices in front of us....

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
I personally find it hard to believe that such morons as are running for and taking office could possible hatch or enact such a scheme....Go see a psychiatrist, or provide some sort of proof

On Monday November 15th, 2004, braindead_poet (578) writes:
we just have to pick the most realistic one. obviously our voices mean shit, as they always have. obviously the mainstream media cannot be trusted, whatsoever. obviously they've got something big and fucking scary planned....

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
Hold on one short second...If our voices mean shit, then how, as another post pointed out, did prohibition fail?

On Monday November 15th, 2004, braindead_poet (578) writes:
if they're trying so hard to keep the truth from us. We're talking a global population reduction of 2/3, the remainder of which are herded into cities, branded like cattle, sent to work in forced labor camps....

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
That is completely baseless.....I can't even respond to it unless you can enlighten me with some viable proof...Or at least evidence

On Monday November 15th, 2004, braindead_poet (578) writes:
which america is already home to several dozen of these. the only thing i can tell you, derelict, is know your enemies before you ever consider making them your friends

This piece hits the shit bucket dude, as six would say [try again]. I assume you automatically assume that your excluded from your own contradiction. Meaning, your not one of these people your talking about. Right. WRiTE. Whats your problem ...

On Sunday November 14th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
This piece is paradoxical, and I am indeed a part of it's subject... As for my problem? My problem is everyone else bitching without coming up with a solution. You think I like mexicans being able to flood into our country? Our Job Market? Our Welfar

e System? Or the fact that we didn't just turn Iraq into a lake of glass in the first place?

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Sharon Rose (663) writes:
8. Shall we mention "secret government"?

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
I have no clue what exactly you mean by that, but if any government ever told all it's secrets, that government would not last long.

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Sharon Rose (663) writes:
9. The Constitution has only once been used to restrict personal liberty through Amendment: Prohibition. That didn't work, either, so where do we get off trying to amend it to define marriage?

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
Why should peple who won't be contributing to the future population get tax breaks? Are the majority of gay people rich or poor? I see a link, do you?

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Sharon Rose (663) writes:
10. I've got a lot of problems. And I don't blindly follow leaders: I make up my mind. I'm tired, and this isn't worth it anymore. Nice rant.

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
It's never "not worth it" and anyone who blindly does anything is insane.

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Sharon Rose (663) writes:
4. I'd stop using the war on terror as a fear tactic to control the population.

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
And exactly which people in the population are being controlled? Illegal aliens perhaps? Just curious on this one....Sounds a little too paranoid

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Sharon Rose (663) writes:
5. I'd repeal the tax breaks for the rich.

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
Ok, but could you do that without re-taxing us poor people? I must assume you are Against the Bush tax cuts....So qould you like to tell 7.8million people who now pay NO taxes...

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
that, like before, those with a child who make 40,000 a year will have to again pay 2,158 in taxes? Right now they pay zilch... re: www.taxfoundation.org

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Sharon Rose (663) writes:
6. I'd stop giving away government contracts without bid to my VP's companies, especially since such no-bid contracting is illegal.

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
Here we are, back at something that makes sense...I totally agree with you on this

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Sharon Rose (663) writes:
7. I am a mother. I work in a county government office. I am the masses, and then some. 49% of the population isn't exactly a slim minority: it's almost half of this country. Maybe you're the egotistical ones.

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
" I am the masses, and then some. " Well that certainly speaks of egotism, doesn't it?

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Sharon Rose (663) writes:
Let's see: 1. I'd bring the troops home, now. No bullshit about how we need to see it through to the bitter end; we tried that in Vietnam, and in case your memory for history is that short, it didn't work then and it won't work now.

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
Personally, I think what has gone on in Iraq and Afghanistan is noble and true... TO hell with you for not caring about the thousands of the world's citizens being killed every day before hand...

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
By Saddam and Usama. You'd rather turn away, I'd rather do something even if its wrong, because actions speak louder than apathy ever has

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Sharon Rose (663) writes:
2. I'd stop trying to polarize people using things like homosexual "agendas" and religion. Maybe I would try bringing people together for once, instead of playing off their prejudices.

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
Furthermore, it is nearly impossible to get people to forget about the prejudices they themselves were raised to have. Usually society as a whole does this.

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
People polarize themselves, everyone has an agenda, and for the most part no one lets their agenda be dictated to them...Not in America at least.

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Sharon Rose (663) writes:
3. I'd repeal the Patriot Act. I've read it through, as much as a layman like me can understand it, it's almost entirely Unconstitutional.

On Tuesday November 16th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
I wouldn't have any problems with that, it hasn't been of much good use, nor will it ever be.

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, ShadowFlight (138) writes:
Not as direct as is needed these days, but very well said.

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
That's really the point....Nowadays, it doesn't have to be direct.....Depending on who you talk to this could be representative of a supporter of one "side" or another

On Thursday November 11th, 2004, Derelict Dream (42) writes:
Besides, if I was more Direct I would be the subject and we can't have that ;)
