I hide what is too hard to see

Seek shelter from the hate

I hide myself underneath a mask

Too scared to tell my secrets

Unable to show the pain

The scars I will hide

But the pain that will soon kill me

Will end all my suffering

And make the nightmares disappear

Rip away the mask and you will only find lies

But if you kill me you will only set me free.

I like what you put a across here.. living a lie, lying so much to your that it becomes deep rooted, you lose the truth.. very good work, I wish I could haven written with this kind of fluency and emotional intelligence when I was your age.

If it's too hard to see, then why are you hiding it? Are you a lie, then?
