A Soulmate
Doesn't kick you when you are down
True Love
Doesn't use you when you are around
Happiness
Doesn't come from words
I fell again
Sounds so absurd

A Friend
Holds you when someone dies
A Warm Heart
Will not add to your cries
A Lover
Will kiss away your pain
You
Left me alone in the cold cold rain

Honesty
Doesn't tell you falsely "Always and Forever"
Pain
Comes in the realization that it's actually "Not now, Not ever"
Heart Break
Is that heavy pounding in my chest
Dispair
Is laying the dream to rest

and this is the perfect epitome of why sometimes, it's best for all to just release a lover's hand and whisper those dreaded words: Goodbye. Wonderfully well done. *Evangel*
