My heart has shattered
Nothing in this hateful world matters
So I fill this needle with Novocain
And stab my heart to kill the pain
..........doesn't work

I take the entire bottle of little blue pills
If this won't work, nothing will
Slowly the sedative pulls on my eyes
But nothing can stop my cries
................save me

A hot bath and a razor blade
In a pool of my own blood I wade
My pulse is getting weaker, but I feel no pain
As all my problems go down the drain

i dissagree with that. Rhythming is uninportant. This is a morbid poem, beautifully written.
