This creature always stalking
never giving up on my soul
cant find out why it is still after me
this beast of monstrous purportions
eating away at my very essence
draining my life force yet again

pain seeps through my body
as i scream in silent agony
all i see of it is bleak darkness
as the pain recieds
i slowly begin to wake

was this all just a dream?
or was it something real?
this nightmare beast still stalking me
cant be more than a figment of my reality

then the scars appear on my stomach
the pain returns again
this is not dream...this is all real
this nightmare beast isnt fake
