abandon all hopeless
pigtails, ye who
enter pasty beds
to sleep in sex
forced underground.
black market
love sold
to glimmering
infidelities who
never-minded inflation.
scuba diving
under morning rush
hour,
my parliament seared
taste-buds drink
your Perrier tears
essential minerals
bearing me over
bleeding rivers
to forget occupations
of nameless journeys
for I’ve seen it all
in my sleep.
