Do you remember the day we stood in the rain.
How good it felt as it washed away our pain.
I remember seeing that beautiful smile on your face,
Seeing you as a Goddess and feeling so out of place.

Do you remember staring at the clouds in the sky.
Promising to each other we would be together until we die.
I remember holding you and never wanting to let go.
I remember wishing that time would move ever so slow.

Do you remember what you said as the rain came to an end.
Do you remember when you told me I was your best friend.
I remember feeling heaven or even above.
I remember the day that we first fell in love.
