I was inspired to write this poem while listening to the smashing pumpkins, and you can catch a hint of influence in the writing!
Dwelling in a state of sado masochistic bliss.
I feel denied, has my heart ceased to exist?
And I am not sure if it's the future I dread or the past that i miss.
However I know now, melencholy is truelly my infinite sadness.
This pain inside holds back words that may never be spoken.
Yet I still hold onto this ledge with my fingers broken.
I can not imagine hell, if hell is not already here.
But even if forever I'm alone, I am DETERMINED TO PERSEVERE.
